VISITATION OF CIVIL ENGINEERING STUDENTS TO THE HEAD OF DEPARTMENT

NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CIVIL ENGINEERING STUDENTS VISITATION TO THE  OFFICES OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF CIVIC ENGINERING

Yesterday, 2 MARCH,2021 at exactly 10am the crew lead by president Areoye Sikiru, a.k.a Aresstry visited the departmental exam officer, Engr. Olahan purposely to introduce ourselves as the newly elected NACES executives. A brief introduction was conducted and the lecturer admonished us to orientate the freshers students on the issue of incomplete registration. He also ascertained us of his support and all other comments were noted as well.

Having concluded with the exam officer we unhesitatingly drive to the department's staff adviser where we received a warm welcome. We introduced ourselves, seek for his support. From his comments, we could comprehend some points and more imperatively when he mentioned about carrying him along in any of our executions, we then exchange Proper and pleasant greeting before existing the office.

We unrelentingly paddle to the HND 1 and ND 1 students at their various venue. On getting to the ND1 students class, every comrades observed proper introduction. The president disseminated imperative information concerning their primary assignments, the sport director gave updates on sport and the preventive measures put in place by the federal government to curb Corona pandemic was mentioned to their hearing by the welfare director. The P.R.O of the association assured to render assistance by organizing tutorial class for them in any courses where they encountered difficulties and  finally the financial Secretary concluded the conversation by admonishing and warning them of late registration.

At HND 2 Class, all necessaries protocol were conducted, the students fling some questions to the executives and relative answer is supplied to their questions one after the other.

Having waited for so long for HOD (Engr., Mrs., Adeyemi A.O) to back to her sit, we reversed and drive to her office. Waw!, what a worm welcome. We exchange pleasantry with HOD,  she altered lots of comments and admonition while we patiently listening to her, she ascertained her support to us and in response, we narrate our early visitations and action to her. She commended our effort then unsurmount the meeting by praying and appreciating God.
